Who can open an account
Opening an account requires being at least 18 years old. The registration checkbox declares this age. A false declaration voids every transaction that follows. Checking whether online betting is allowed where you live is also your task.
- One person may open only one account. The same rule applies per household or per payment instrument.
- The name, phone number and email entered at registration must be accurate and your own.
- An account opened with false details is frozen, its bets voided and its balance reviewed.
- The account cannot be transferred. Letting someone else play under your name is not allowed.
Protecting your login details
Registration uses a phone number or email, followed by a password you set. Every action taken from the account counts as your own action. Change the password at once if you suspect it has been exposed.
Finishing phone and email confirmation early works in your favour. Confirmation speeds up contact during a withdrawal request or a security notice. Identity checks through KYCAID may follow, using an ID card, a passport or a driving licence.
Deposit and withdrawal rules
Balances and payments are processed in Turkish lira. IBAN transfer methods and crypto options each carry a different minimum, cap and processing time, shown on the payment screen.
- A deposit must come from an instrument registered in your own name.
- A deposit from someone else's instrument is returned and the account may be restricted.
- A withdrawal returns to the deposit method, as far as the provider allows.
- The balance is for play only, earns no interest and is not a savings account.
Bonus package and wagering rate

Sports betting rules
- A bet is struck at the odds shown when it was accepted. Changed odds show the new value on the slip.

Casino game rules
Every round in Slots, Live Casino and Instant Games is decided by the relevant provider's own random number generator. No one can influence the outcome once a round has started.
A dropped connection settles the round from the provider's record. A round broken by a fault is void. Demo mode wins and costs no money.
Behaviour that is not allowed
- Opening more than one account or playing on someone else's account.
- Using a bot or an automated betting tool.
- Exploiting a system error instead of reporting it.
- Filing a chargeback through a bank instead of a complaint.
- Behaving aggressively toward the support team.
- Using the account while under 18.
A breach of these clauses may void bets, withdraw a bonus or restrict the account. Money deposited properly is returned in every case.
Changes and closing the account
This text is updated from time to time. The published version applies from that moment; a change is not applied retroactively to wagering already in progress.
